Exercise Sticks!!!
Pick the exercises you like.
Use colorful markers & popsicle sticks.
(And no, don't use this as an excuse to eat an entire box of popsicles)
Make a "special" jar and set it in a place you will see every day.
Decide every morning how many sticks/ workouts you will complete!!
This was my first day. It was fun & definitely got me sweating!

Make your own 100 calorie packs. (150, 200 calorie packs)
Do what works for you & pick the foods that will keep You on track.
Plus you save A Lot of money doing it yourself!!
I did strawberries, bing cherries, beef jerky, trail mix, dried pineapple &
later I separated this massive omelet into portioned baggies.
These small packs have saved me sooo many trips through fast food places! And
not to mention the calories it has saved me!!

One of the most important steps of maintaining a healthy life style.
Plan ahead.
Take a couple hours at the beginning of your week to chop, chop, chop.
It's less time you have to use cooking supper after a long day at work. And it cuts down
on the excuses for ordering take out!

My Favorite Breakfast Right Now!
Vegetable Scrambler
I know I made omelets just the other day like this but today I decided to scramble them & add more flavoring. Wow, it is amazing!
1 Tomato
1/2 red onion
3 leaves Kale
Spritz with olive oil & "caramelize" in pan.
2 eggs
3 egg whites
Add to vegetable mixture. Add dash of sea salt, fresh ground pepper, & chili pepper flakes.
Optional: 1/8 cup shredded cheese (try to keep it minimal!)

Unbelievable! I obviously split this up into a few different meals, that would be a lot to eat in one setting!
Highly recommend. Easy. Fast. Delicious.

Bloated
Remedy for Bloating
I found this recipe that is suppose to work for bloating. We will see...
2 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice ( I used 5 lemons a little less than 2.5)
Peppermint leaves
It recommended putting 3 cubes per glass of water & do it 3x day. Yikes!
I really like putting lemon juice in my water but this was very potent. I even add more water.
But hey, if it works, I will chug!
