Almost 10lbs!

I am feeling really good and energetic. Juicing is just amazing. I have been doing it for 2 weeks today and I still feel just as enthusiastic as day one. I have lost almost 10lbs (a couple pounds of that was from the week before juicing by eating mainly veggies & fruits). Most important though is how good my body feels. I am a lot happier & I don't get stressed as much. Definitely not as tired as I used to be and my mind tends to function a little bit better. I just can't say enough good things.


My eating this last week has been a lot of solid fruits & vegetables with the juicing. This has made it a little easier.


Breakfast this morning:


1/4 Pineapple
1 Orange
2 Tiny Green Apples


Yum!
