Breakfast

Vegetable Omelet 


Veggies:
1 big leaf Kale
2 Slices red onion-diced
1 small-medium tomato
Spritzed with olive oil & heated until semi-soft


Mixed with : 1 whole egg
3 egg whites
Measured!- 1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Sea salt & pepper

I used my handy omelet maker. I ate one for breakfast & will save one for later. It was delish!

Around 200 calories each. Calculated at livestrong.com.
