Daily Update

Workout

30 minutes treadmill
    Walk- warm up
    1/2 mile run @ 6mph
    Walk
    1/3 mile run @5.5-6mph
    Walk
    1/4 mile run @5.5 mph
    Walk -cool down

Strength Training

30 minutes- 3 sets of 10 at each 
   3 Arm machines
   Hip & Inner thigh machine
   Ab machine
   Hamstring machine
   Quad & Glutes machine


Food

Breakfast
   Juice
      1 Beet
      3 Carrots
      1 broccoli stalk
      1 green apple
      1 orange
      1 lemon
      2 celery stalks
      1 whole cucumber 
 I was not able to finish all of this :(

Lunch
  1 cup Lettuce
  1/8 cup shredded cheese
  1/2 tomato
  1 tbsp sour cream
  1/4 cup shredded chicken 

Snack 
   Hawaiian Protein Shake

Dinner 
   Spinach Spanakopita from Trader Joe's- AmAzInG!
              170 calories for 3 pastries!

Snack
   More Spinach Spanakopita from Trader Joe's
