Exercise for everyday life

Exercise

Today I mowed the lawn with our push mower that has no motor to help & guess what, it burned a lot of calories! According to www.livestrong.com you can burn around 200-250 calories per 30 minutes of using a push mower. And I believe it; I had not push hard a lot of the time to get over hills, thick patches of grass, & curbs. Score! Plus, I got just enough sun to add a little color.
