Pizza Pizza

Veggie Pizza

I know, I know, I just made a pizza two days ago but my husband ate it all, so I made another one :) This one has a few things he doesn't like lol. 


1 Whole wheat pizza crust (made with whole wheat flour not enriched flour*)
1/2 cup great value pizza sauce
1 medium tomato
2 slices eggplant - diced
2 slices onion- diced
1 cup shredded cheese (measure!)
Minced garlic, Dried oregano, dried basil, dried chili pepper & *dash of grated parmesan



Around  215 calories per slice 1/6 of the pizza (Not 1/8th)

This pizza has fewer calories b/c I measured everything this time & used less cheese.*
