Exercise Sticks!!!


Pick the exercises you like.

Use colorful markers & popsicle sticks.
 (And no, don't use this as an excuse to eat an entire box of popsicles) 

Make a "special" jar and set it in a place you will see every day.

Decide every morning how many sticks/ workouts you will complete!!






This was my first day. It was fun & definitely got me sweating!
